A good team lunch leaves room for conversation. A few generous dishes in the middle of the table let everyone build a plate, take a little more and spend time together.

The planning starts with three things: how many people are coming, when they will eat and where the food can be set out. Here is a simple way to put those details in order.

Start with the people

Confirm the headcount and ask for dietary needs before choosing a menu. Separate preferences from allergies, and pass the exact information to the catering team. Our sharing tables and breakfast begin at eight people; meeting platters offer another way to build the spread.

Choose the kind of lunch

The Lebanese Mezze Table brings together dips, salads, falafel, rkakat, bread and baklawa. The Mezze & Grill Table adds chicken and beef kebab skewers with lemon-herb rice. For a fuller spread, the Complete Lebanese Table includes a wider selection of mezze.

Think about the occasion as well as the appetite. A lunch between meetings may need a compact setup; a team celebration can leave more time to pass dishes around. For a morning gathering, breakfast and drinks may be the better fit.

Make the delivery details specific

Send your request at least 24 hours ahead. Include the date, preferred delivery time, postcode and full address, plus the floor, reception contact and any access instructions. Let us know when people actually plan to eat, rather than only when the meeting starts.

Delivery is calculated by postcode. Final quantities, availability and the total are agreed when the order is confirmed. Company invoicing is available with 30 days to pay.

Give the buffet a little space

Clear a table before delivery and decide where plates, bread, drinks and serving utensils will go. Keep room beside each dish so people can serve themselves comfortably. Disposable serviceware is available as an extra, so include it in the request if needed.

A named person to receive the delivery makes the handover simpler. Keep the menu and dietary information available to the team, and ask us about anything that is unclear.

Send one clear request

Choose your preferred menu on our catering page, then share the headcount, date, address and dietary details through the enquiry form. We will confirm the practical details and final price with you before the order is agreed.
